Plumber (Fixed Term 12 Months)

We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, and dynamic qualified Plumber to join our Estates Department in a busy educational and boarding community on a fixed term basis.

The Project Plumber will work as part of the Project Team & Estates Department undertaking all aspects of refurbishment and project related plumbing as well as supporting the Estates department with repairs and routine maintenance work throughout the school.

Attention to detail and accurate record keeping is essential, ensuring compliance in all areas. We are looking for someone with a collaborative approach who works well as a member of a team but is also happy working on their own. Interpersonal skills are essential as well as a can-do attitude. A general user knowledge of IT is required for the uploading of documents and keeping of records.

Salary range £40-£43,565 per annum dependent upon qualifications and experience. The role is 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, all year round, but some flexibility is required including the occasional weekend. This is a 12-month temporary contract.
