Full Job Description
A well established Property Maintenance Contractor, are looking for an all rounded Plumber/Domestic Gas Engineer to cover the Lymington/New Forest/Southampton area. Covering a mixture of boiler installations/swaps/conversions, servicing, repairs and general plumbing.
- Previous experience in boiler swaps, conversions, servicing and breakdowns.
- To attend emergency breakdowns and complete boiler repairs if required
- Domestic Gas Tickets: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT.
- High quality of work and attention to detail as works are within high end properties.
- Full UK Driving License
200 - 220 A Day Full Time - Sub-Contract Great Opportunity with a Reputable Property Maintenance Contractor, 200 - 220 Day Rate - No Call-Out Rota
