Full Job Description
Conducting plumbing repairs to our clients' stock during the hours of 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday, within the housing sector working with supported and vulnerable customers. Repairs will vary in scope of works, from small maintenance works i.e. replacement taps and fittings, to full bathroom re-fits, kitchen upgrades and leak detection works.
You will work via an electronic handheld PDA device, with a daily job sheet of works to be undertaken and must effectively communicate this back to the office and management team where appropriate.
· Optional - Be available on a rota basis to cover out of hours (additional recompense).
