Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Plumbing biased Building Services Engineer to join our team working on key contracts around the North West and Midlands covering from Birmingham to Manchester & Preston.,

  • Completion of PPM to all Mechanical / Plumbing elements of the building.
  • Completion of reactive tasks as required / directed
  • Completion of ad-hoc building services works
  • Completion of quoted works both inside and outside of normal working hours
  • Occasional report writing
  • Comply with company Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
  • Be an ambassador for OCS, maintain their core values
  • Carry out any further reasonable requests made by management

    You will be required to carry out general maintenance and statutory compliance checks and will be C&G qualified in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline, ideally with experience working in a similar environment.
  • The role will require client engagement and a willingness to provide the best possible solutions to meet the client's needs. Experience of working with a CAFM system is desirable as all work is managed via a CAFM based solution.,
  • City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing,General building skills
  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
  • Must hold a full UK driving license
  • Client facing - able to communicate at all levels
  • Desirable
  • Multi skilled across all FM trades including building fabric and minor electrical works
  • Experienced in the installation of building services, specifically with all types of pipework
