• As our Skills Coach - Plumbing, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities include:
• Mentoring and coaching apprentices, ensuring they gain the hands-on skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Guiding learners to achieve not just a pass, but aiming for distinction in their apprenticeships.
• Delivering training and assessments both on-site at the college, at employers' premises, and remotely, making your role diverse and dynamic.
• Monitoring and reviewing apprentices' progress using our innovative e-portfolio system to ensure every learner is on track to succeed.
• Customizing learning programmes to fit the needs of each apprentice and employer, making sure they gain the skills relevant to their industry.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers to ensure apprenticeships run smoothly and employers remain engaged in the learning process.

  A Level 3 (or above) Plumbing qualification - your expertise is key to helping learners succeed.
• A Gas Safety Certificate is a must.
• An Assessing qualification is ideal, but if you don't have one yet, we're happy to help you work towards it!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to use technology to track learner progress.
