PM039 Personal Assistant

I have PA's to provide me with personal care support in the mornings, evenings and weekend. PA's help keep my bathroom and bedroom clean and tidy. On the Saturday I would like support to go out and about in the community., Though a part time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance of 6 months.

I am a disabled lady in my late thirties living in the Aberdare area. I use a wheelchair to move around my home and when out and about. I live with my mam and dad and we have one cat and one dogs. I look a lot younger than my years but don't like being spoken to like a child. I enjoy watching television and DVD's. I listen to lots of audio story tapes and I enjoy listening to music too. I enjoy spending time with my PA's and like to do crafts. I love shopping and being outdoors in general when the weather is fine. I enjoy cooking. I'm fed via a gastronomy tube.,
