PMO Analyst

Our PMO Analyst will be based in our Project and Programme team with a key focus on assisting in the day-to-day running of the programme management office. You'll support our Project and Programme Lead in governing and assuring the full project lifecycle, and drive the flow of management information to inform portfolio decisions and strategy, as well as maintaining records and providing reports. You'll also provide a range of support in areas such as portfolio services, governance adherence, performance analytics, project & portfolio health and in continuous improvement processes. This really is a fantastic opportunity to join a team currently establishing the catalogue of PMO services.

Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to easily build strong working relationships. You'll enjoy nurturing a flexible, collaborative working environment to support project teams to work efficiently and effectively towards their project goals and milestones. You'll have a natural ability to work methodically and accurately whilst keeping to deadlines with excellent analytical and investigatory skills.,

• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative


• Previous experience of working within a fast paced PMO function


• Diligent, with excellent attention to detail


• A very strong communicator


• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate data would be advantageous.


• Ideally experienced in working with MS SharePoint


• Have a real passion to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with other departments
