Full Job Description

  • Experience in using CGI financial tools e.g. PSA, MWS, INTELLX, DSWeb (essential)
  • Owns the documentation and identifies process improvements
  • Maintaining/Support with DSWeb and month end responsibilities
  • Maintaining financial forecasts
  • Supporting DS3 meetings
  • Raising invoices and credits
  • Responsible for cash forecasting, WIP and Aged Debt Reporting
  • Maintaining Purchase Order and Invoice trackers
  • Health Check reports
  • Written and verbal internal and external financial reporting
  • Liaising with Senior Stakeholders across the Programme to resolve PMO related issues/queries
  • Supporting the PMO Manager and Programme Leadership team, to meet the Programme reporting requirements
  • Experience in setting up new processes within the PMO such as Change Management
  • Establishing existing PMO process to better support the day to day running of the Programme

    Strong written and communication skills
  • Client facing skills
  • Strong work ethic to drive down actions and an eagerness to learn
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills i.e pivot tables, VLookups
  • Ability to follow work instructions with a high quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks when required
  • iTools experience
  • Familiar with Agile ways of working and tools i.e JIRA and Confluence
  • SharePoint Designer/Workflows
