PMO - CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Programme

Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the London office (with potential occasional travel to our other sites in Leeds & Manchester as required), The PMO is responsible for supporting the CLM Programme's programme management function by providing administrative support, tracking the programme's progress, monitoring KPIs and ensuring programme documentation is up to date. Reporting to the CLM Programme Director, the PMO will also work closely with the Programme team and support the Workstream Leads to ensure the wider programme is delivered on time, within budget and delivers business value.

• MUST have knowledge and experience of working with CLM or Legal Ops
• Proven experience as a PMO on a transformation programme
• Experience with project management tools and softwares (Smartsheet experience preferable)
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent Google slides presentation/ Google suite skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and provide insights to support decision making
