As our PMO Manager, you will be the driving force behind the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Project Management Office (PMO). Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that our projects not only meet deadlines and budgets but also achieve the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will not just oversee the governance of our wider programme of work but will also take the reins of key projects that are critical to our success. Your strategic insight will ensure that these projects align with our business goals, and your hands-on management will guide them to successful completion. We re looking for someone who thrives on challenge, is passionate about continuous improvement, and has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence in the healthcare and social care sectors. If you are ready to make a real impact and lead with purpose, this is the opportunity for you. Based from our Bardon office, near Coalville, you'll have the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week, with national travel expected to support and lead projects.

You ll need a solid background in project management, with a proven track record of leading a PMO and managing complex projects. Your ability to see the bigger picture, combined with your attention to detail, will enable you to drive projects that truly make a difference. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to this role.
