Full Job Description

As a PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our key projects and programs. You will oversee our Portfolio Management Office, ensuring effective governance, risk management, financial oversight, and reporting. You will drive a consistent and efficient approach to project and program management, supporting our mission to provide high-performance market data solutions.,

  • Collaborate with Portfolio, Program, and Project Managers to identify and manage risks within the portfolio, ensuring compliance with governance and risk management standards.
  • Monitor the portfolio pipeline, providing accurate resource demand and supply data to optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive portfolio status reports, keeping senior management informed of progress, major risks, issues, and changes in scope and resources.
  • Manage the annual portfolio budget request process and conduct regular financial reviews to track key financial metrics.
  • Maintain visibility of overall portfolio health, reporting on and mitigating delivery risks at both program and portfolio levels.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards, frameworks, governance procedures, and standard templates.
  • Develop and maintain a change roadmap for the portfolio, implementing change management processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Lead the induction and training of new project managers within the portfolio, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Extensive experience within portfolio, project, or program management environments.
  • Proven track record of managing governance, risk, financials, and reporting in a fast-paced, capital market technology company.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prepare and present comprehensive status reports.
  • Experience in budget management and financial tracking.
  • Knowledge of project management standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience in training and mentoring project managers.
