Full Job Description

We have an exciting new role within the performance management and continuous improvement team for a PMO & Wellbeing administrator. You will join a high performing team, providing support to the customer directorate and leadership team. You will take ownership of providing day to day administrative support to the Customer Leadership Team and Wellbeing / Great place to work plans. You will be instrumental in ensuring the meeting governance / plans runs seamlessly from an administration perspective. You will be responsible for key admin duties including booking meetings and travel and reporting schedules as well as supporting large CLT meetings, capturing actions and decisions, monitoring and chasing resolutions. You will also support the coordination and organisation of Leadership events, which can include the annual conference and Set up and Coordinate Control board meetings, agreeing agenda items & circulating in advance.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional with experience in administration, meeting governance, attention to detail; with an opportunity to broaden knowledge of the Customer Directorate. We are looking for someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple demands and prioritising effectively. You will be a strong communicator, effective at building relationships with stakeholder both internally and externally. It would be amazing if you have previous experience of supporting medium scale projects and have an understanding of formal project management governance. Due to this being an admin role we are looking for someone who has a good level of experience within offices applications including word, excel, powerpoint, outlook and sharepoint.
