Full Job Description

You will provide day-to-day clinical care in a supported environment and within a dynamic team. Providing day-to-day professional leadership, you will ensure the needs of patients are placed at the centre of care delivery while providing assurance that standards of clinical care within a designated area is of the highest standard attainable., Interview arrangements will be communicated via email so please check your email regularly following the closing date. You will need to demonstrate empathy and compassionate leadership skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to teach and inspire colleagues through active demonstration of clinical practice and leadership. At the same time be willing to learn and develop within this Band 6 role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the drive to deliver the above within a well-established Clinical Services Unit that has good relationships with the local CCG, PCNs, Local authority and Local acute Trust. This is also an opportunity for new graduates to join the team wherein they will be offered a developmental position [Band 5] and preceptor supported to attain the Band 6 level demonstrating competence to fulfil the duties of the role.
