Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual to join the Administration and Clerical team .

This vacancy is to work mainly at the Cardiff Royal Infirmary but there may be the occasional requirement to back cover service gaps in other sites within Cardiff and Vale University Health Board if need be.

You will need strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. The post holder will need to have excellent clerical skills to deliver a range of high quality Customer Services.

The post holder will have responsibility for arranging appointments and assisting clinicians with data collection and will be working closely with other community healthcare workers and provider agencies within a variety of care settings including community clinics, domiciliary work and care homes and contribute to the development of podiatry.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Cardiff and Vale Podiatry Services are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing clinical excellence. This friendly busy department consists of approximately 60 staff and provides services across Cardiff and the Vale from multiple sites including community clinics, hospitals and patients own homes.

The post is amenable to part time or full time working. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience working in an innovative and award-winning service.
