Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Administrative Assistant to support ourlocal Podiatry team within Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.You will join one of the largest and forward-thinking Podiatry teams in the country. You will beproviding support to the local podiatry team to ensure service provisions within the team arerun effectively and efficiently, by undertaking clinical administrative tasks, such as liaisingwith patients to arrange home visits, photocopying, maintaining stock levels of clinicalsupplies and completion of standard forms, surveys, audits and data entry.You must be proficient with all Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and havethe ability to use data bases and handle telephone queries.The successful candidate would need to demonstrate good communication skills, beorganised and able to work on their own initiative.Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust provides a comprehensive health and wellbeing support package to all

Main duties of the job

The role would include - this is not an exhaustive list

oOrdering of clinical suppliesoPutting away clinical supplies/ tidying clinic cupboards and stock rotationoMaintaining patient leaflets and handouts for clinicsoOrdering and rotating of cataloguesoUploading temperature and cleaning logs to relevant hard drive and completing complianceexcel spreadsheetoUploading medications delivery slips to relevant hard driveoPrinting off next appointment slips and other specific paperworkoManaging of instruments packs, replacing missing/ blunt items, completing customerfeedback form and emailing to relevant peopleoBuilding clinical appointment templates on electronic appointment booking system
