Full Job Description

As a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO), you will work at the heart of the local communities across Hampshire, providing a visible and accessible presence of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary. It is a role with the potential to send you home every day with a tangible feeling of pride, knowing you have made a real difference to the lives of people in our communities. You will be a key part in crime prevention and community support by building partnerships with residents, schools and other groups.

As our PCSO role is offered as an Apprenticeship, you need to be educated to QCF Level 2 (GCSE at grade A

  • -C / 9-4 or equivalent) in both English and Mathematics. - Desirable: Full Manual Driving Licence - Competence in basic office IT skills
