  • We don't need you to have previous experience of working in a call centre, we're looking for people with transferrable skills and an enthusiastic attitude. Your way of thinking and behaviour is just as important as your experience. You will primarily be based in our Manchester office, but we offer an agile working arrangement with some days/nights spent working from home. We feel this increases productivity and improves our employees' work-life balance. Hours: 42 hours per week (average) based on a rolling shift pattern of days, nights and weekends Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 As well as the industry standard benefits such as an Employee Assistance Programme and a Cycle to Work Scheme to name but a few, we also offer:
