Full Job Description

The postholder will work as part of the team to deliver an effective service to support the deputy director, they will providestrategicdevelopment and day to day managementof the policydevelopmentfunctions.This will enable the team tooperateeffectively and deliver their priorities. Proactivelyidentifyopportunities for improvement andprioritizethem across the team. Keep patientinterestat the centre of all activities and involve patients andpublicin policy development whereappropriate. Keep up to date with policy developments acrosshealthandcare and be mindful of the impact of policy development on other stakeholders. 1.Operateas a senior lead working internally and externally to deliver project initiatives and services. 2.Support the identification of bestpracticeand proactivelyidentifybusiness improvement opportunities. 3.Prioritiseimprovement activities across the team and propose projects where value can be added to patients., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
