Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled technical Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to join our Global Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with your colleagues to deliver best practice global and local digital campaigns and always-on-programs with a focus on performance marketing, organic social and website. You will work with your teammates (demand gen, marketing automation & digital experience) and your wider marketing colleagues (design, content, product, field, PR & markops) to deliver targeted paid media campaigns, improve conversion journeys and maximize engagement across organic social across.,

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
  • Work closely with our in-house creative team and paid agency to deliver customer-first content - creating compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Collaborate with regional teams to optimize campaigns, content & performance to drive local outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Optimize marketing budget and ensure that spend is aligned with business goals whilst optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI
  • Manage Emarsys organic social media and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube
  • Working with our agency to manage a dynamic social media calendar working closely with our regional, partner, customer & content teams to fuel engagement & growth

    Experience working in B2B SaaS in-house as a Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with agencies and in-house teams
  • Previous hands-on experience and responsibility for managing paid media budgets with spends across Google Display, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, YouTube. Facebook including acquisition & re-marketing.
  • Growth mindset and great collaborator - with your immediate team, wider stakeholder groups and agency resource
  • Fantastic grasp of digital content and fuelling channels with engaging, meaningful content across various stages of the funnel and across the platforms mentioned
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and integration with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot.
  • Experience with Salesforce also preferred
  • Demonstrable experience with reporting and analytics and optimizing programs from in-platform, web analytics & CRM insights
  • Good hands-on experience with the technical aspects of digital development - content management systems, HTML, Javascript & CSS preferred
