Pop Up Key Holder

We are seeking Key Holders to join our dynamic sports brand pop-up team at Bicester Village. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for an experienced retail professional who can help ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in the success of our pop-up. In addition to regular sales responsibilities, you will take on additional leadership duties, such as:

• Opening and closing the store


• Managing cash and security procedures


• Leading and motivating the sales team during shifts


• Ensuring the store is fully operational, from stock management to visual merchandising


• Delivering outstanding customer service and representing the brand with pride, Assist in managing daily store operations


• Oversee staff during your shifts, providing support and direction


• Maintain security and accountability for store keys


• Contribute to stock management, merchandising, and customer interaction
