Pop-Up Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced, driven Store Manager to run a 2-3 week pop-up in London. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy retail space, engage and drive a retail team, and perform through sales. As the Store Manager, you will oversee the entire pop-up store operations. With support of the Head Office, you'll hire retail staff and manage all retail staff to drive sales and ensure the highest standards of customer service. The Store Manager will take ownership of the store's performance, including merchandising, stock control & back of house management, and overall customer experience. Duties:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and overall sales targets.
• Ensure the store delivers a premium customer experience and resolve any issues that arise
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management and POS systems
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimise the store layout for peak trading periods
