Pop Up Store Manager - Sports Brand

We are looking for an experienced, driven Store Manager to lead our sports brand pop-up at Bicester Village. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic retail space, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional customer service during a busy and vibrant season.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire pop-up store operation, from managing staff to driving sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will take ownership of the store's performance, including merchandising, stock control, and overall customer experience.,

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and overall sales targets


• Ensure the store delivers a premium customer experience and resolves any issues that arise


• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling


• Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimise the store layout for peak trading periods


• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance reviews


• Implement strategies to maximise sales, profitability, and efficiency
