Key Responsibilities:As a Hospital Porter at Medirest, you will be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional patient care and support. Your role will encompass a wide range of fulfilling duties, including:

  • Patient Assistance: Assisting patients with mobility and transporting them safely within the hospital, providing a reassuring presence. Including transporting the deceased to the mortuary.
  • Logistical Support: Managing the transportation of equipment, supplies, blood samples, specimens, medication and medical records throughout the hospital to ensure seamless operations.
  • Infection Control: Adhering to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  • Waste Management: Disposing of waste materials appropriately and following waste management protocols.
  • Emergency Response: Being prepared to respond promptly in emergency situations, providing valuable support to hospital staff.
  • Customer Service: Interacting with patients, visitors, and medical personnel in a friendly and helpful manner, embodying our commitment to service excellence.Requirements:To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals with

    Physical fitness and the ability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and pushing equipment
