Portfolio ACP / ANP - Out of Hours & Urgent Care Services

Whilst working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team that includes Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and GPs, who have a real commitment to continuous improvement, shared learning and best practice, while being passionate about providing patients with the highest possible quality care.

The post holder will hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or Credentialing qualification (or equivalent) and a Non-Medical Prescribing qualification. You will be able to work within the four pillars of practice. Within your professional boundaries you will assess, diagnose and prescribe where appropriate. You will provide advice, care and management patients presenting with undiagnosed or undiagnosed undifferentiated illness. Your role will include supporting the delivery of policy, procedures and leadership as required.

Full-time & Part-time Advanced Clinical Practitioner £54,000 to £65,250, yearly salary increments, NHS Pension provider, rate enhancements up to 70% for evening, weekend and overnight working gtd healthcare is one of the largest NHS commissioned Primary Care, Out of Hours & Urgent Care providers in the North West of England. We have fantastic opportunities for Advanced Clinical Practitioners to work in the Out of Hours, Digital Hub and Urgent Care Teams in Oldham, Denton and Central Manchester which provide face to face and remote digital patient services. Based at an induvial service location or multisite portfolio role across a number of services, if desired, with flexible full-time and part-time hours available for Advanced Clinical Practitioners. Flexible full time and part time positions are available for Advanced Clinical Practitioners with In-hours, out of hours, evening, weekend and overnight working hours available.
