Full Job Description

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our organisation, on a full time, permanent basis. As a Portfolio Manager, you will have responsibility and accountability for the performance of a property portfolio within a region and will be expected to lead, empower and manage any direct reports in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Head Tenant role, building management requirements and the customer experience of the building's tenants.,

  • The post holder will be the formal Tenant Representative for the buildings in their portfolio - a portfolio reasonably allocated by their line manager from time to time. The Portfolio Manager will be the budget holder and accountable for the financial performance of their property portfolio Responsible for ensuring the portfolio is managed in accordance with the various contracts such as LPA's and ULPA's, demonstrating performance and delivering service improvements and the property management requirements of uLPAs. Lead and manage the local building management function of SORMs/ORMs to deliver operations and relationship services in accordance with best practice and their Job descriptions Develop a customer service ethos in the team, using leadership as well as national resources to benchmark and achieve best practice Working with others to deliver improved utilisation, regularisation, void reduction. Plan and support the delivery of any pipeline of variations to
