Are you passionate about marketing project and process management? Do you want to join our Portfolio Marketing Team and make a difference in how we deliver our marketing projects and achieve our business goals? If so, we have a new and exciting role for you: Portfolio Marketing Operations Manager. You will be responsible for creating and managing our portfolio marketing operations processes and infrastructure, and help us work, plan and allocate resources more efficiently and effectively. You will work on the operational aspects of portfolio marketing, such as workflow design, project management, and resource allocation, to ensure that we execute our portfolio marketing activities on time and within budget. You will have the skills to create efficient processes and manage cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders. Your expertise will be vital as portfolio marketing handles a high volume of marketing projects that need strong coordination and alignment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Guide the development and implementation our portfolio marketing annual plan & budget, including multi-functional internal interlocks
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio marketing operations
  • Keep our team processes updated and easy to follow
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing operations with business objectives
  • Recommend and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved
  • Monitor and track Team's key performance indicators
  • Analyse data and determine actions to optimise Team performance
  • Report on our team activity, budget and capacity to our key stakeholders
  • Driving the adoption of new marketing technologies and processes to improve efficiency and results
  • Training and supporting team members on new tools and technologies
  • Monitor the performance of the Portfolio Marketing budget
  • Work with our Partner relationship owners to track and process mdf approvals and payments to the Portfolio Marketing Team

    Proven experience in building operational and planning processes for a marketing team
  • Expert knowledge in Marketing workflow and reporting using Asana, Tableau and Power BI
  • Proficient in MS Office, most importantly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Synchronising cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarising data with actionable insights
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes such as CAPEX, OPEX and 3rd party Partner MDF
  • Mentoring & fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Proactive mindset and an eye for identifying opportunities to continually improve operations
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role
