Positive Behaviour Support Officer

The Positive Behaviour Support Officers primary responsibility will be providing support with operating the school's behaviour support system.You will work closely with the Positive Behaviour Manager, Senior Leadership Team and Pastoral Teams to promote the positive behaviour across the school reengaging the students and improving their academic performance.,

• Have good oral and written communication skills

• Have experience of working with/caring for children or adults who have barriers to learning and/or special educational needs/behaviour issues

  Support Staff Salary Scale 5 - Term Time - 36 hours a week


FTE £30,033-£31,440 - Actual pro rata £28,242 - £29,565.
