Full Job Description

The Post & Fleet Administrator is responsible for collecting post, processing to the highest standard, a job that is of utmost importance to the daily functioning of the team as well as providing support to the admin team, providing excellent customer service and managing our 3rd party suppliers and CFC's. Assisting the team to work within the customer and supplier SLA guidelines, this role is part of the FMD Team and reports to the Administration Team Leader., To action the collection and process of post to ensure all post is sent and allocated to the correct internal and external recipients. This role is of high importance due to the nature of post we receive such as Penalty Charge Notices, Notices of Intended Prosecution, Invoices etc. The successful candidate will also be expected to support with all required Administration requirements within the Fleet Management Division to support the smooth running of the Fleets that we look after. This role is full time with a daily trip to the office, however, some form of hybrid working my apply and can be discussed during interview., · Collecting and Processing post · Franking outgoing post and taking back to Front of House for collection · Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards · Processing of costs to a high level of accuracy. · Authorising repair estimates within cost limits. · Assist the Accounts team with Invoice queries. · Ensuring correct documentation is sent to the customers. · Ensure that PO's are sent in a timely manner as set out in FMD SLA's. · Maintain all in-house excel spread sheets. · Maintaining vehicle history. · Report analysis. · Meeting and exceeding internal and external KPI's · Any adhoc tasks required by Management to support the rest of the team

  • Knowledge of the transport/automotive/refrigeration Industry - Desirable, training will be provided.
  • Database management - Desirable.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge/R2C/1 Link - Desirable
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office/Excel) - Essential
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to provide a professional approach to both external & internal contacts - Essential
  • Meeting deadlines, task orientated and prioritisation - Essential
  • Methodical, systematic - Essential
  • Excellent front-line customer handling skills, building relationships - Essential
  • Strong numerical ability & attention to detail - Essential
