Full Job Description

The Post Producer is responsible for managing productions through the facility, being the conduit for all communication and bringing together specialists and talent from all internal departments to deliver both feature films and high-end episodic television to the highest standard.,

  • Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility, this includes liaising with clients and working with our teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently whilst also giving a first-class customer experience.

  • Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, including reading technical specs, onboarding processes and QC workflows.

  • Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.

  • Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process.

  • Managing schedules of creatives, operators and support staff across picture dept.

  • Workflow management and presentation of workflows to key clients including at pre-production meetings.

    Experience as a Post Producer / Post Production Manager on Studio Level Features and high end TV Drama.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of feature film and episodic television post production processes and industry standard deliverables.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels. This includes outstanding client handling skills and experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to prioritise work on own initiative and proactively handle day to day client service matters.

  • To work efficiently as part of a team, with an eagerness to motivate and get involved.

  • Ability to remain calm and effective in difficult situations.

  • A logical and fast approach to problem solving.

  • Precise attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contract of Employment, Health and Safety and their impact on staff.

  • Understands the importance of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures and guidelines, including Health & Safety guidelines.


  • Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.

    The position is based at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, which provides Sound and Picture post production as well as Dailies services for feature films and television. WBDLL facilities include Sound Re-Recording and ADR stages, Grading Theatres, Online Suites and supporting departments, in addition to cutting rooms and a bar/café based in the heart of Soho and at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
