Full Job Description

  • Editing: Assemble raw footage, cut scenes, and create seamless transitions to produce a coherent and visually appealing final product.
  • Visual Effects: Design and integrate visual effects to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of the project.
  • Colour Grading: Adjust colours and lighting to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall aesthetic of the production.
  • Sound Design: Collaborate with sound designers to integrate sound effects, dialogue, and music seamlessly into the final product.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to understand their vision and deliver a final product that aligns with their expectations.
  • Interact with users of the service, gather feedback and raise awareness of the service across UK businessthrough internal promotion.
  • Quality Control: Review and fine-tune the final product to ensure it meets all technical and creative standards before delivery.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilise industry-standard post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and others to achieve high-quality results.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Post-Production Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical expertise to bring our projects to life in the post-production phase. This role requires collaboration with directors, producers, and other creative professionals to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • The ideal candidate has an extraordinary portfolio of video content, is a pleasure to work with, and has experience in a fast-paced design environment.,
  • Degree and/or equivalent in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Post-Production Designer or similar role in the film or media industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your editing, visual effects, and colour grading skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other post-production software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead and develop the Motion Graphics Team alongside the Animation Assistant Manager to coach and develop team members and enhance skills. Identify training needs for team members.
  • Capable of traveling and working across the UK KPMG office network to support offices events.
