Full Job Description

The Royal College of Art (RCA) and Dressipi Ltd. are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral AKT Associate to lead a collaborative project aimed at improving range planning and allocation across fashion retailers using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. This exciting 4-month opportunity is part of an Accelerated Knowledge Transfer (AKT) programme designed to reduce inefficiencies and overproduction in the fashion industry., + Develop and evaluate AI/ML models for fashion retail optimisation.
+ Leverage large datasets to identify trends and inefficiencies in clothing production.
+ Work collaboratively with RCA and Dressipi teams to deliver project outcomes.
+ Produce project outputs, including reports and presentations.
Requirements
+ PhD in data science, machine learning, or a closely related discipline (or a Master's with significant experience).
+ Strong background in AI/ML, data analysis, and research integrity.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
+ Must be eligible to work in the UK and available to start by 31/10/2024.
+ Interviews - 25/10/24 or 28/10/24
