Full Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Researcher/Postdoctoral Research Associate in Antimicrobial Stewardship/ One Health/Veterinary Public Health topic. This is an exciting opportunity at the University of Liverpool, with opportunities to travel and network with policymakers and practitioners on the field.
You will work on a project that aims to involve stakeholders during the process of developing evidence-based guidelines, therefore providing more targeted support.
The goals are to adapt and implement these guidelines into national UK guidelines considering prevalence of infections/pathogens, prevalence of resistance, and availability of drugs.

You should have a PhD (or having submitted PhD thesis) in Veterinary Sciences or Biosciences. The post is available until 30th June 2025.

If you are still awaiting your PhD to be awarded you will be appointed at Grade 6, spine point 30. Upon written confirmation that you have been awarded your PhD, your salary will be increased to Grade 7, spine point 31.
