postdoctoral research fellow

"Global Jewish Studies in/as Holocaust Studies" seeks to integrate Jewish Studies and Holocaust Studies into the HRI's work and to advance the discipline of Holocaust Studies nationally and internationally. The postdoctoral research fellow will work in any area of Global Jewish Studies (including, but not restricted to history, literary studies, film studies, cultural studies, geography, anthropology, and sociology). We welcome applications from candidates whose research is rooted in Eastern and/or Southeastern Europe but has a global focus. Practical expertise in digital humanities methods related to the applicant's research in Jewish Studies is desirable but not essential.
