Full Job Description

The University Admissions Office, led by the Head of Admissions, provides a number of essential services to the University central to meeting of undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment targets and ensuring the fair admission of high-quality students. We are seeking an experienced people manager to lead, embed and develop our Post Graduate Taught admissions team within the University Admissions Office, Academic Services at the University.

The role would be a suitable secondment opportunity for colleagues across all campuses in Clerkenwell, Moorgate, and Tooting.

Reporting to the Head of Admissions this is a key role responsible for leading and developing admissions professionals whilst maximising student recruitment to achieve challenging targets. The PGT Admissions Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful integration of Bayes Business School admissions activity into the Central admissions team.

Working closely with the other PGT Admissions Manager the role provides operational leadership of the postgraduate admissions activity in managing applications and delivering continuous improvement across processes. The post holder will contribute an in-depth knowledge of the education sector in the development of the admissions strategy to increase offer-making, conversion and student enrolments.

We are looking for a proven and experienced people manager who has experience in managing and supporting effective change in a challenging higher education environment. Experience in developing and continuous improvement of processes is essential and the ability to motivate, influence and work collegiately at different levels of an organization. Strong ability in interpreting and reporting complex Admissions management information for a range of stakeholders.
