Full Job Description

The Faculty of Health & Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Postgraduate Assistant to provide administrative support to the Faculty Postgraduate Coordinator team in managing postgraduate programmes of study including doctoral programmes, across the whole faculty. You will also be providing organisational support for faculty events and the Postgraduate Research training programme.

You will be committed to integrating into a busy office environment, working closely with colleagues. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential, as is the willingness to learn and work flexibly, becoming part of a committed team. You will have experience of Microsoft Office packages at an advanced level. Ideally you will have previous administrative experience in a higher education background.
