Full Job Description
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst, with Power Platform capabilities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes within a media agency environment. This role aims to improve operational standards through process analysis, standardisation, and automation, ultimately translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Conduct Business Process Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in business processes.
- Design Solutions: Assess feasibility and business impact, recommending the best approach for solutions.
- Document Processes: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and system functionalities.
- Develop Solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable business requirements. Additionally, individual objectives are agreed and reviewed on a quarterly basis (as a minimum frequency).
- Proven experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements for solutions in Microsoft PowerPlatform.
- Demonstrated ability in analysing problems, identifying causes, and developing potential solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerQuery and a good understanding of PowerPlatform capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent documentation skills, able to create clear and comprehensive documentation..
- Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to drive positive change and deliver long-term operational efficiencies.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to systematically break down problems and identify solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional teams.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
