We have an exciting vacancy for a Data Analyst with PowerBI experience, based at our beautiful campus at Ullenwood, near Cheltenham or working remotely., Translating data into information by creating and maintaining management dashboards
Structuring operational data into time series information
Recommending uses or the value of our existing data
Liaising with stakeholders to understand their data analysis requirements
Automating analysis / reporting to provide scheduled information to stakeholders
Driving towards data deduplication principles

Do you have at least one year of PowerBI experience, superb attention to detail and a talent for using data to support effective decision-making? We have an exciting vacancy for a Data Analyst, based at our beautiful campus at Ullenwood, near Cheltenham or working remotely.

It goes without saying that your organisation and problem-solving skills will be second to none, and you will be confident meeting targets and deadlines. An ability to 'visualise' the potential of data and turn it into valued information is vital, alongside being able to think creatively, put forward ideas and suggest improvements. Working with multiple stakeholders in the organisation, you will also have a knack for explaining data in ways that make it accessible and easy to understand.

This six-month contract is to help accelerate National Star's Microsoft PowerBI dashboard development strategy and we require someone with at least one year's PowerBI development experience and the following experience:

Ideally, but not essentially, experience of ETL (extract, transform, load) of data between services,
Advanced Excel skills and
An excellent knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
