PPC Warehouse Operative

The Priority Progression Cell (PPC) exists to deal with all High Priority demands from Units, Land, Sea and air. They are responsible for ensuring Kuehne & Nagel deliver said demands within the timeframe required to meet customer expectations and requirements.,

• Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/WI
• Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy
• Picking and packing in both DFC and Main sit
• Operating of Warehouse Management systems (WMS)
• Escalations and system investigation
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Booking of transport/couriers, processing returns and missed collections
• System monitoring and data entry
• Completing and filing documentation
• Customer service
• Use of MHE where required
• Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas including the KN 5 S standards
• Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents/incidents
• Adopt KN Compass behaviours
  
  Reliable warehouse operative with a focus on safety and organization. This is a 4 days on 4 days off role., Experience of working to agreed targets
• PC Literate
• MHE Licence (where applicable)
• Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Highlight/escalate anything not in line with policy and procedure both physically and systemically
• Reliable and committed to attending work on time
• Good communication skills
• Ability to achieve high level of accuracy
• High attention to detail
