Full Job Description
The Priority Progression Cell (PPC) exists to deal with all High Priority demands from Units, Land, Sea and air. They are responsible for ensuring Kuehne & Nagel deliver said demands within the timeframe required to meet customer expectations and requirements.,
- Operate to trained work instructions e.g. ABC Modules/WI
- Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy
- Picking and packing in both DFC and Main sit
- Operating of Warehouse Management systems (WMS)
- Escalations and system investigation
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Booking of transport/couriers, processing returns and missed collections
- System monitoring and data entry
- Completing and filing documentation
- Customer service
- Use of MHE where required
- Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas including the KN 5 S standards
- Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents/incidents
- Adopt KN Compass behaviours
Reliable warehouse operative with a focus on safety and organization. This is a 4 days on 4 days off role., Experience of working to agreed targets - PC Literate
- MHE Licence (where applicable)
- Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Highlight/escalate anything not in line with policy and procedure both physically and systemically
- Reliable and committed to attending work on time
- Good communication skills
- Ability to achieve high level of accuracy
- High attention to detail
