Our team design in-house at our Notting Hill studio and we source globally and ethically. Our first store opened in the iconic Covent Garden, a fashion-forward shopping destination both then and now. In the years since we've grown to include stores worldwide. We're looking for a brilliant PR and Influencer Executive to join our team. What will you be doing as a PR and Influencer Executive? In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Accessorize brand message, and ensuring we are seen as a relevant and exciting brand with clients, potential customers, influencers, and the public.

  • Implement a creative public relations strategy that fits the Accessorize brand profile.
  • Working closely with Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager on influencer strategy and outreach
  • Support the Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager on projects as appropriate, to ensure PR objectives are met
  • Organize and coordinate PR activities, including day-to-day press office, press days, events for influencers, press and store openings.
  • Manage our press imagery bank, ensuring our press image library is prepared quarterly at a minimum for long lead press, and external press requests are answered.
  • Reach out and organize editor visits to the mock shop and stores.
  • Use a variety of channels to maximise company exposure, from brand narrative to key products and launches.
  • Liaise with marketing team and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency in promoting our brands image and messages.
  • Assess opportunities for partnerships and manage relations.
  • Regular monitoring and sharing of articles of interest and relevant trends. Including staying up to date with competitor activity.
  • Regular reporting, (including press & influencer results analysis against KPIs & key learnings).
  • Work with Marketing team and relevant stakeholders to provide support on brand launches.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media.
  • Creation and distribution of proactive and reactive media releases.
  • Good organization for PR release, gifting, UGC and paid influencer trackers.
  • Identifying relevant and on-brand influencers. Preparing influencer gifting, purchase orders and contracts.
  • Track relevant content from UGC and Influencer outreach.
  • Identifying current trends and news angles relevant to our brand, from seasonal stories to cultural changes.
  • Ensuring you're up to date with product launches and relevant gifting.

    Have at least 3 years' experience working in a PR role, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle space.
  • Have a great little black book of PR contacts that you're able to tap up for all your PR needs.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise appropriately.
  • Have excellent time management skills, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with key people inside & outside of the organisation.
  • Be super collaborative and creative!
  • Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating drive and resilience to get the job done.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
