PR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to help maintain and grow our brand presence in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping BCA's PR strategy, managing external media relations, and ensuring we are seen as experts in remarketing, automotive logistics, fleet solutions, and vehicle services., Agency Management - Manage our current PR agency resource to support in your role and deliver on business needs.
Press Office Management (inbound) - Respond to inbound enquiries ranging from requests for comment on market conditions in the used vehicle sector, vehicle valuations, pre issued press releases or customer complaints that have reached the press.
PR Planning - Create and maintain an annual PR plan reviewed monthly with key stakeholders to enable a constant flow of content that delivers key messages to our audiences. Ranging from Product, Operational, Commercial and Decision Intelligence.
Press releases and targeted communications (Outbound) - The timely creation and distribution of regular press releases
PR Measurement - Generate reporting across all outbound and inbound PR channels including social. Differentiate between owned, earned and paid to establish greatest ROI.
Media and association renewals - ensure media and association memberships are renewed annually aligned to budget.
Budget Management - Input into the budget process for Public Relations activities in collaboration with Marketing Director.
Internal Communications - Support the business with internal communications where required by senior management.

Excellent copy writing/Feature Writing/Report Writing
Media Relationship building
Proven experience in a senior PR position
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with multi departments and business units across the group
Agency management experience
Budget management experience

Up to £55,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits
