You don't need any teaching experience for this role, but you'll need industry experience, whether that's as a mechanic, engineer or anything in between. - have experience of work in the aviation industry or air force
- a CAA licence holder (A or B licence) or, if you're RAF-trained, we'll support you to complete the B licence modules What you'll be doing...
- preparing for practical lessons - ensuring workspaces are tidy
- maintaining virtual hangars
- ordering tools, equipment, materials - keeping stocks just right
- supporting lessons by guiding students and sharing your technical knowledge
