Practice Business Manager

Chapelgreen Surgery is a dynamic, forward thinking and friendly NHS GP practice that is seeking an experienced Practice Business Manager to support the practice partners and provide managerial leadership to the wider practice team. This is a new role to the practice that has resulted following a reorganisation within the management structure due to the retirement of the current manager. This is an excellent opportunity for suitable candidates to join a friendly and effective organisation that prides itself on providing a high standard of care.Main duties of the job To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality

• Motivating and managing staff
• Optimising efficiency and financial performance
• Ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
• Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting:
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) -Safety, Health, Environment and Fire (SHEF) - Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) - Confidentiality Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations.

Chapelgreen Surgery is a NHS GP partnership, there is a large team of clinical and non-clinical staff working at the practice. The practice prides itself in providing a friendly, flexible and supportive yet busy working environment. The practice is an approved teaching and training practice and has a strong ethos on team work, wellbeing , personal and professional learning and development.
