Practice Development - ASYE Support, 30 hpw (INTERNAL ONLY)

£47,420 pa pro rata (Actual £38,448.65 pa) Inclusive of Retention Payments, Subject to Review March 2028)

This is a Fixed Term post until the end of December 2025, which offers an exciting opportunity to join South Tyneside Council, working closely with the Principal Social Worker, and Practice Managers, to ensure all of our NQSWs are supported in their Assessed and Supported Year to develop high quality and consistent practice.

This pivotal role will provide mentoring and guidance, undertake observations of practice, gather feedback, provide feedback and write up reviews at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 month periods, which will demonstrate their progress and future learning needs.
