We invite you to lead a dynamic team at the NCA as our Clinical Skills and Simulation Training Leader., + Lead and Inspire: Manage a small team of practice trainers to deliver a range of clinical skills and simulation training programs across all NCA sites.
+ Maintain Standards: Ensure all training is up to date, evidence-based, and meets the highest standards of education.
+ Collaborate and Evaluate: Peer review educational programs for coworkers and direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Innovate: Create and develop new training initiatives to address the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
+ Facilitate Learning: Organize training across diverse settings to support ongoing staff development in clinical practice.
+ Govern and Improve: Establish appropriate governance structures around training and develop improvement action plans in partnership with stakeholders.
