Full Job Description

The successful applicant will support the current PDN in post to ensure that staff feel supported in their day to day duties .

You will have a proven track record of working in Emergency care

The ideal candidate must be able to build relationships with staff at all stages of their career to support them with the development of skills and competencies is essential

The post holder will be required to work predominately on weekdays and mainly based in the clinical environment.

You must be resilient, an excellent team player and be willing to lead and facilitate change in the workplace, You will demonstrate specialist knowledge within the sphere of emergency nursing and act as a resource for the Emergency Department, Same day Emergency care Unit, the directorate and the Trust.

You must be flexible to meet changing demands at short notice.

The successful candidate will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to have evidence of ongoing professional development with previous post registration experience which is relevant and recent.
