Practice Director - YourVets

The role would be working full time/40 hours a week. We are looking for an individual to take on the role of Practice Director. You will work closely with our Senior Clinical Director and will be responsible for the day to day running of our practice. You will be involved in all aspects of practice management including financial responsibility, debt control, people management and general management of our premises. You'll collaborate with a dedicated and innovative team of veterinarians, nurses, and outstanding support staff, including receptionists and patient care assistants. With regular team meetings, daily huddles, ongoing CPD (both clinical and non-clinical), well-being activities, and shared yearly goals, you'll feel like a valued member of the team from day one.
