Full Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring students are prepared for placement before entering into SWASfT and for supporting/guiding/point of contact for practice educators (PE's), and for ensuring PE's are prepared, updated and supported in collaboration with the SWASfT CPD team and academic program leads.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People and Culture Directorate as Practice Education Facilitator. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who thrives working autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to travel frequently within the Dorset area and Bournemouth University. This is a highly visible role within learning and development, providing practice placement education and support to ensure high quality, safe student placement is achieved. The successful candidate will need to be confident in taking a lead role and working with minimal supervision, and will demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a commitment to promoting synergy and productivity within the team.
