The GOSH Learning Academy is delighted to offer the opportunity for a motivated AHP to step into an educational role as a maternity leave cover within our expert education team.
This role will lead on the delivery of specific workstreams such as student supervision or creating on CPD for our Allied Health Professionals. .
We are looking for someone who is able create a positive learning culture and demonstrate the GOSH values in their everyday practice and cover for senior team members in a range of settings., This person will be a highly visible role model, working alongside staff in practice, contributing to an environment in which effective practice-based learning is fostered, implemented, evaluated, and shared.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they remain abreast of the developments in practice and implement/lead changes and foster an environment of enquiry and evidence-based care within the Allied Health Profession departments (including Pharmacy, Optometry, Social Work, Psychology, and Play)

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
