Full Job Description

The successful applicant will help staff realise their potential, to identify and develop their Emergency Department Skills.
You will responsible for developing, facilitating and implementing training days for department staff.
You will assist newly qualified staff with the trusts preceptorship programme and ensure appropriate clinical skills training takes place for all members of the nursing team., We are looking for a enthusiastic registered nurse to take on the role of Practice Educator within our Emergency Department.
You will be organised, have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task.
You will form links between the Emergency Department, the Wards and other departments across the trust to ensure the development of our nurses is to the highest standard., At Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust we provide outstanding care to both our patients and our staff.
