An exciting opportunity has arisen in maternity services for a dedicated, innovative and enthusiastic maternity support worker to join the Maternity Practice Development Team.

Maternity services in Oxfordshire provides care to families across the county helping 7500 people and their babies. This role will be integral to supporting and developing maternity support workers with the maternity practice education team., The aim of this role is to assist and coordinate training, educational and clinical support for Maternity Support Workers (MSW) within maternity services. Work as part of the Practice Development Team in maternity to deliver mandatory training and education and be a pivotal member of the team for recruitment and retention of MSWs.
